On Wednesday afternoon, Councilman Jimmy Van Bramer will join the staff, faculty and students at P4Q@Skillman to unveil a new sensory playground.
P4Q@Skillman is a K-8 school that serves children on the autism spectrum and those with special needs.
The new playground will have customized equipment for children fo all abilities.
The $250,000 in funding came from the councilman’s participatory budgeting process. It received the msost votes in the 2015-2016 cycle.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 1 p.m.
