The Hunters Point section of Long Island City is the third most expensive neighborhood in Queens, according to PropertyShark.com.
The area’s median sale price in the second quarter of 2019 was $890,000, according to a report by the organization. That was just behind Malba, which had a median sale price of $1.12 million, and Ditmars-Steinway at $964,000.
TriBeCa remains the most expensive neighborhood in New York City at $4.34 million, followed by Hudson Yards at $3.68 million. Little Italy snagged the third spot, and Cobble hill jumped to seventh.
